Stella and I spent the early afternoon visiting with former co-workers at Phillips Exeter, after which we headed to Dover to a quick Dr.'s appt. Since we were right in the neighborhood, I decided we'd stop by Dover Women's Health where all my prenatal appointments took place. Our nurse midwife, Cindy, was there along with the lovely office staff who were so kind and accommodating to me all throughout my pregnancy. They fawned over Stella, which is always fun, and June and Cindy (the two midwives at the practice today) spent some time with us in the lobby. It was great to see them and to reflect on our beautiful waterbirth at Wentworth Douglass Hospital; I don't take this for granted - it was really a gift. Before I went into labor with Stella I wasn't too sure if I clicked with Cindy, but God gave me/us just who we needed to assist in bringing our daughter into this world. Judging by this picture, Stella gives her stamp of approval, as well.

P.S. Stella cut her top, right tooth today! One more down...twenty something more to go!
